User-centred design
We believe in user-centred design. When designed this way, web sites work better for those who need to use them. Always:
- Focus the design on users and their needs
- Expect to work on several design ideas before you get it right
- Test designs with users to make sure they work.
Accessible design
Accessibility is a key focus of our work. We want to make sure that design works for people with older computers, mobile devices, and people with disabilities.
It makes good business sense too. Forrester Research reported that over half the US adult population would benefit from technology designed to be accessible. Australians' needs are no different.
Web accessibility is also a legal requirement in Australia.
